Sally Silk Art offers a no-fuss 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with an item for any reason, simply return it to us and you will receive a full refund. Here are the terms:
- The item/s must be returned in the condition in which it/they were received.
- The item/s must be received by Sally Silk Art within 30 days of your original payment.
- You will receive a full refund of your initial payment, including handling and shipping ...
- ... but you must pay the cost of returning the item to Sally Silk Art.

As part of the online payment process, you need to give your email address. This is used by PayPal to send you a receipt and is passed on to us in case we need to contact you regarding your purchase.
Sally Silk Art will never share or pass on your email address, nor any other personal information, to anyone, unless required to do so by law.
sallysilkart.co.uk does not use cookies for collecting information about you, or about your usage of this, or any other, website. Cookies are needed to enable PayPal's payment system, however.
Shipping
All prices include handling and delivery.
There are two prices for each product: one for UK delivery, and one for
worldwide delivery. No other charges will be added to these figures.
For UK delivery, items are sent using first class recorded delivery. Expect delivery between one and three days from placing your order.
For worldwide delivery, items are sent on the first available flight. Exact delivery times will depend on your location.
For larger orders or custom orders where items need to be made especially, delivery may be delayed slightly. If this is the case, you will be informed by email from Sally Silk Art, and you will have the option of a full refund should this short delay be inconvenient.
Bulk Orders
Please contact sallysilkart.co.uk regarding bulk orders - discounts will depend on the details of the order.
Washing and Ironing
Silk may be washed and ironed. Washing by hand in cool water is the recommended method of cleaning. Iron on silk setting, and for cushion covers and lavender bags which have cotton backing, iron with the silk side down.
